Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return them to us within 14 days from receipt of your order. We will be more than
happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused.
Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you are responsible for any postage costs connected to this if this was not 
an error on our behalf.
When returning items you are recommended to keep a proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We
will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Please pack the items in the same packaging as delivered to you and use the returns label provided to place on the sealed parcel.

Please do not return any item to us before contacting us via email to inform us of any return. On receipt of your email regarding
return we shall send you either a pre-paid returns label if this was our error, or if it was not our error we shall send you a returns label
which you will need to pay the postage for.

If you receive your item(s) damaged while in transit.

Please contact us via email stating which item(s) has been damaged, your order reference and a photo(s) of the damage to your
item(s). We shall then arrange your replacement to be sent again immediately.

If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to
follow returns procedures set out above. We will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any parcel carrier costs you
incur.
